Incredible service, incredible product

This experience could not have been better.

I had found an old mousepad design that was no longer being made by a defunct company. I reached out to Specter labs to see if they could revive the design for me, even though all I had was a grainy low resolution image.

The people at Specter labs not only responded incredibly quickly and professionally but also committed to both upscaling the image to 8k HD and extending it so it would fit to the resolution I wanted.

When the order was submitted and the design was done, they emailed me the upscaled image for final verification, and it had surpassed all expectations.

Upon receiving the order itself (within less than 2 days from shipping), the quality of the mousepad is impeccable. It is soft as silk, perfectly HD with not a touch of graininess, and the mousepad unfurled and is perfectly flush with the table immediately.

There is not a single thing from my initial email through all the design work to my final product that could have been done better. 5/5 stars across the board.

Read my mind for the design!

Had a fairly ambitious graphic and I couldn't figure out a good way to scale it up and fit it to the size I ordered. Sent it off and they managed to easily surpass expectations when it came to cleaning it up and expanding the design! The really blown up design in the background shows clear signs of automated predictive enhancement but clearly it had been touched up by an artist and the smallest details aren't noticeable in the final print. 4.3 stars, order did take a while to get to me (ended being around 3 weeks), and it was tough to get ahold of support, though once I did they were very helpful!

Absolutely Amazing

This Mousepad is awesome! Being able to put my own design on a mousepad was so cool. The build quality is super sturdy, its very well made. The image is a lot more high resolution than I thought it would be, and I'm super happy about that. I can see all the details. The colors are very vivid. 10/10 definitely recommend this site if you're looking for a high quality custom mousepad!
