Refund policy
We at Specter strongly believe in the premium quality and fine craftsmanship of the mousepads we make and we provide easy replacements or refunds to our customers if our product does not meet the claimed quality standards.
After 30 days the item received by the customer is exempt from refunds and exchanges.
Specter reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.
Who Is Protected
The Warranty covers only Specter Labs products purchased by the original consumer.
What Is and Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover any Specter Labs product that was damaged due to accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, usage not in accordance with product specifications and instructions, natural or personal disaster, or unauthorized alterations, repairs, or modifications.
Damaged or Defective products
We will gladly replace any defective or damaged items or if the item arrived is not as described on our website. Please email us the photos of the item to support@specterlabs.co and explain the issue with the product. Our team will assess the damage/defect and take corrective action at no cost to you. Keep in mind that we keep pictures of each item before shipping. Damaged or defective products are eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Since we make custom mousepads with either customer-provided designs or limited edition items, they are not eligible for a return or exchange. Returns/refunds/exchanges are reserved for defective products only.
Refund Processing Times
It takes a couple of business days for banks to process the refunds issued by merchants. If you have not received the refund within a week after our refund confirmation email, please double-check your statement and contact us at support@specterlabs.co
