I was blown away when I opened the package. I was initially worried about the resolution of the image I uploaded for the custom image desk mat, (I upscaled it, but was still worried about how it would look), but the quality of the image and the detail within it made me genuinely excited to have it on my desk and I am super happy I decided to use this company to make a custom mat.

Product is soft, and the design is incredibly well done. I ordered two desk mats, one for myself and one as a gift. They both turned out amazing. I initially wanted to cancel my order the day after I placed it, as I found a new image I wanted to use for the gift mat, but I couldn't figure out the cancellation process. I'm still incredibly happy with what I got, and the products are exactly what I paid for, so that doesn't impact my review, I just thought I should include it. Don't order until you're positive the image is exactly what you want.

Spectacular Custom Gaming Mousepad

We were looking for something as a unique senior gift for my nephew and his best friend who are gamers. I found Specter Labs by web search. Though reviews were excellent you are always concerned when ordering online from a new source. The instructions for graphic requirements were clear. I used a graphic designer to create something suited for the recipients. Submitting the order was simple and even though they were ordered just before Christmas they were still shipped within a couple of days. The end result exceeded my expectations! They are just as clear and vivid as the design. I would highly recommend Specter Labs and will do business with them again.

I bought the pad for my son. Originally all I looked for was custom desktop pads. Specter Labs was the second link behind some sponsored link which I actively avoid. I went to the site and selected the XXL pad with the image I attached. I also picked the thickest pad as this would be a gift for my son who games on PC. I was surprised by how heavy the pad was! Thick and the picture was high rez as well. What an awesome gift this will be. I’ll be ordering again. Happy Holidays

The images don't do it justice, I'm thoroughly impressed with the finished product. I had some expectation of a slight drop in quality from converting pixels into ink, but they absolutely nailed it. I'll definitely recommend Specter Labs to friends.
