That’s it. That’s the whole review. It’s literally (and I mean “literally” literally) flawless. It’s perfect in every sense of the word.

I am in love with this deskmat! John and the team at Specter were fantastic to work with. I couldn't decide on what I wanted for my deskmat and they patiently waited for me to make up my mind and then did a killer job cleaning up a few issues when I finally did. The print quality is top notch. My only regret is that I didn't get the XXXL size. I will have to get another!

Came out clean and super clear.

The print looks about as good as the source material, absolutely stunning. The feel itself is quite comfy as well, working quite nicely as a desk mat of sorts, perhaps even as a mouse pad depending on one's personal preference and use case.

Absolutely thrilled with end product.
Kudos to John who took a flawed picture and reworked it to fit the entire Mat but more importantly cleaned up the image to be the best it could be. I appreciated that extra attention to detail to ensure customer satisfaction with the end product.

Excellent. Customer service was extremely helpful with the adjusting and extending the design. The product itself came out great, printing and fabric quality are excellent.

The overall experience ordering the deskmat was really chill. I was worried that the artwork may not work as intended, so I was very glad to hear that John Stein relayed the print files I had to the art team in order to see if there were issues. The best thing was, I didn't even need to order at that point. Seeing pre-purchase support like this is a really good way to ease my mind.

The deskmat itself is a thing of beauty. I don't think the images do it justice, but I took some either way. If you bring in higher-quality print files, the print will absolutely be flawless.
Luckily (or sadly?) I didn't need the team to rescue any of my files, so I cannot comment on how good the quality is, should you deliver “less-than-ideal” images. Maybe next time!

Now for something extremely nitpicky. It is so nitpicky, that I don't want to subtract a star, but it is something I noticed: the stitching.
The stitches all around the deskmat are extremely well done and very evenly made, which is exactly why this one area (around 2–3 cm in the upper left, visible in one of the photos) stands out so much. I don't know if that was a machining issue or if this is normal, but if someone forced me to say anything negative, it would be this tiny area.
Again, I would consider it extremely nitpicky on my end, as everything else (support, delivery, and quality) very much surpassed my expectations.

I will definitely recommend Specter Labs to my friends, even with the small caveat that shipping to the EU is a bit on the pricey side (shipping and customs).

I chose a motive from the show Dune and the result is amazing. The quality is awesome! It’s a gift for my boyfriend for his birthday next week, I hope he will love it as much as I do! Soon I will be ordering a mousepad for me as well😁 thanks a lot, Specter Labs!

I'm the type that's always hesitant to buy anything, let alone custom made products, without seeing it first but after reading the other reviews I decided to give it a go and oh wow am I glad I did. The printing quality, especially the colours is amazing and I'm very happy with what I received. A very nice upgrade to my desk setup :)

It took a while for my order to print, ship, and arrive, but it was well worth the wait. Quality is clean. Image is sharp. Colors are crisp.

Extremely happy with my purchase. The photo quality is great and the mat itself is very comfortable. The workers here even included my additional design request for no extra cost. If I’m ever looking for another deskmat this is where I’ll go.
